Server & staff were great. Food was very tasty.

Pleasantly surprised at the price and quality of food. A couple of items were over salted though. (not just a little)

Updated from A 5 star review to a 1: won't seat more than 6 to a table. Even if you're a family. Horrible.ok so... how did i not know about the patio & fish pond in the back?! Lol love this location

I haven't been there in years, but besides being a little pricey, the food is excellent. The restaurant is a little too loud for my preference, so we often got take out. Boneless wings are the best!

women’s bathroom smells like rotten sewer. Has smelled like this for months and still not corrected. Floor is moldy as well. Not safe. Worse then COVID 19.

Pretty much your standard Buffalo Wild Wings. Huge selection of beer and chances are they will have what ever sports game on that you want to watch. Can't go wrong there. Food is always reasonably priced.

Terrible service through delivery. If you're going to participate and provide through third party delivery services, at least manage to get a simple order correct.

Well organized for pickup. Social distancing and shields all looked to be on point.

Service is very slow. Took 15 mins to tell me they dont have my drink. 30 mins to take an order. Btw, you have to ask for silverware.

Inconsistent. One day my wings are drenched in sauce and the next they’re bone dry. Last order, you could totally tell my fries were old and re-deepfried:(

Absolutely a spot worth visiting, the food is excellent and well prepared, the pricing is reasonable and it is regularly well kept there. Fantastic work.

Discontinued french dressing, ordered a burger with no tomato or pickle. Guess what was on the burger, tomato and pickle. We all know even if you take off the pickle the residue is still left. If I wanted God damn pickles I would have ordered them.

Been to this location about two dozen or so times & every single time I'd give it 4.5-5 stars. The waitstaff is always amazing, polite & sociable. The wings are always ready within 15-20 min of ordering. The sauces (especially honey BBQ) are perfect & the size of the wings are second to none. Ordered last night (Tuesday Tradition Wings) & they gave me 25 of the drumsticks! I have however had a few orders get messed up. Every single time the managers fixed my order & then some. Very well ran store & a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend & will always go here for wings.

Heather was our server and she was very attentive, checking on us frequently and making sure we had everything. The wings were good, as usual. Asking for other types of sauces is no problem there, so try a couple in addition to the type you ordered.

Every single time my family orders carryout, the one blonde woman over the phone not only has an attitude, but also doesn't give a care in the world about your order and ALWAYS forgets to write one or more things down. The prices have gone up on things like sides and sauces, so when we order them, it adds a lot to the bill for big orders. The manager is a nice guy, and always makes things right, but to have to make things right for an employee who always acts this way is a liability.

The Avocado bacon burger was delicious, did not last long.

Hi.. I ordered. $50.00 of food from your establishment. I was very dissatisfied.. After talking with management Jenny . after contacting her.. She was rude. Not concerned about product. Blaming the food service on door dash delivery. I'm now posting on Facebook about the service of "Wild Wing's" Very unacceptable!

They are using less sauce than they did in the past, bit still good wings.

We were 2 of maybe 20 people in the place and eventually left after sitting there for 20 minutes. 3 different waitresses walked by. Staff at the front door were texting or surfing the net on their IPHONES. I get better service at McDonald's.

Love this place and love the frozen margaritas! Get your self a Twisted Frozen Margarita🍹rimmed with sugar. Also they make great food other than wings so try to expand your palette next time you visit and try something new....like the Southern Queso Philly Steak n Cheese sandwich !

My wife and I had a good meal, we talked but we had to practically yell to one another at times. Other than that it was pretty good food and a decent first time being there.

Had made an order on line about 9 pm, it said I could pick it up in the morning, I'm like ohhh nooo..Lol, I called and you guys made the order for me!!The wings were as always, FANTASTIC!Made the quarantined eve, alot better!! So THANKS!! BE SAFE!!

It was ok. No gloves, chips were stale. They took the chips off the bill without asking but I would rather of had good food initially. Always seems like some problem or another.Today in the lobby a man was talking about passing out sitting there on the bench. He was leaning side to side with his eyes closed..... No one knew what his deal was. Not sure if he was drunk, sick, or what but Buffalo Wild Wings should have addressed this.

Always come here for lunch. Service is great at the bar. Food is always good.

Horrible service. Went on a slow night with very few people and service was slow and every order came back incorrect. Our waitress never came back to check on us and we had to hunt someone down for silverware. Worst service I've ever had, anywhere. Period.

My husband and I came to this location for dinner this evening. We were sat right away but no one came to help us. Two different tables were sat after us and were helped immediately. We told an employee as we were leaving and he didn't even care. This is no way to treat a customer.

Slow service. The wings aren't as good as you'd think from a place known for wings. They're cold in spots, not crispy, overly gritty and oftentimes tough.

I've looked all over online for some kind of home office number since calling the store directly was complete useless. A situation happened at the Washington Twp location and I would love to talk to an owner

We had a wonderful experience in this spot. We enjoyed the amazing vibes and the food. The waiters are very friendly. I’m happy we ultimately managed to try this place.

I go to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch UFC fights and the good wings are a bonus. Service is always very good, and the restaurant is always clean. Tip: you can ask for all drums no extra charge.

This is by far the worst location I have been too. I work close so it is convenient for me. But almost every time I go to this location I have an issue. They are always trying to over charge or charge me for things I should not be. It is to my understanding when you order wings- ranch, carrots, celery, whatever comes with it... I asked the man behind the counter if I could get a couple sides of ranch because I did not see it in the bag, he turned around and another man I think his name was Miguel.. maybe? Said "charge her", the other gentleman said no- so Miguel or whomever this was turned around and tried to charge me almost $2 for ranch??? Two small sides of ranch? That comes with my meal??? I chose not to cause a fuss. But highly upset with the customer service and how unprofessional this man was. Cannot say I will return to this location...

Terrible customer service and the manager there was a joke. In my top 10 worst places ive ever been.

Week after week it has been a bad experience.This is the closest location to home otherwise I would go somewhere else for that deal on Thursday. I tip properly even on carryout. It's unfortunate week after week I order the same meal and never get the same experience. This isn't McDonald's folks. I asked to speak with the manager today and she was rude and could not help at all. I highly recommend selecting a different location. I am shocked this location has good reviews as I have expressed to the manager that I have seen staff handle my celery and carrots without gloves on. She didn't care about me leaving a bad review which shows poor customer service. I truly miss going up on Tuesdays and Thursdays as the quality has dropped. Dine in has also been slow and not the greatest experience. You're better off shopping at Meijer next door and spending the extra few minutes making or heating up your own food.

Great staff. Great service.. didnt have to wait long for food to come out. Danny the waiter here is great. My appetizer was out very fast and wings took a little longer but don’t blame them don’t want to eat raw chicken, but before I left Danny gave me a to go drink without even having to ask for one. Will always be back there because Of that. Great service all around!
